1. Refund Policy
Membership Fees

- The annual membership fee provides businesses with a profile page and access to marketing collateral, including our logo, which can be used while they are an active paid member.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, as services and resources are made available immediately.
- Businesses may cancel their membership to prevent renewal at the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for unused membership time.
Tree-Planting Subscription Payments

- Monthly tree-planting subscriptions are charged in advance, and funds are immediately allocated to tree-planting initiatives.
- No refunds will be issued for payments already made, as these contributions directly fund tree planting.
- If a subscription is cancelled, any trees already funded through past payments will still be planted, but no further charges will be made after the current billing cycle.
2. Dispute Policy

- Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction by submitting a request via our contact form.
- We will review disputes within 5 business days and provide a resolution.
- If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated before contacting us, access to membership benefits may be temporarily suspended while the issue is resolved.
3. Cancellation & Changes Policy
Notice Period for Cancellations or Changes

- A minimum of 5 business days’ notice is required for any cancellation, downgrade, or change to a membership or subscription.
- Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- Requests received with less than 5 business days’ notice may be processed in the following billing cycle.
Cancelling Membership

- Businesses can cancel their annual membership at any time by submitting a request via our contact form.
- Membership cancellation prevents renewal at the next billing period but does not result in a refund for any previously paid fees.
- Once cancelled, the business must cease using any marketing collateral, including our logo, and their profile page will be removed.
Cancelling Tree-Planting Subscription

- Businesses can cancel their tree-planting subscription at any time by providing at least 5 business days’ notice before the next billing date via our contact form.
- Cancellation prevents future payments but does not affect any trees that have already been funded.
- Any trees paid for before the cancellation date will still be planted, as funding has already been allocated to the planting process.
